The Guidance Package is designed for individuals and families who would benefit from more regular contact and a greater level of support coordinating services and next steps.

With fortnightly check-ins and more active involvement, we help ensure nothing is overlooked during what can often feel like a complex and uncertain time.

We can assist with coordinating services, communicating with providers, managing appointments, and helping you better understand funding pathways and available supports. Where appropriate, we also provide updates to family members, helping everyone feel informed and reassured.
